I have been training with Alex since March 2009 and I could not be happier with the results I have achieved.  Before I started my training program, I lacked the motivation to focus on the fundamentals of any weight loss strategy – proper nutrition, exercise and a change in lifestyle.  Alex taught me how to make the appropriate changes in my diet and he put together a fitness regimen unlike any other I have tried in the past.  His comprehensive weight loss strategy motivated me to commit to changing myself for the better.  Just four months later and 30 pounds lighter, I see the results of Alex’s innovative program.

A friend recently asked me how Alex is different than other trainers I have used in the past and the basic difference is his sincerity.  Alex makes it his mission to understand the challenges you face and then he brainstorms a solution for you.  As a physician, I have a hectic schedule and an addiction to the hospital cafeteria.  Alex accommodated my schedule and made numerous recommendations on how to improve my diet using what’s available to me.  Finally, our workouts are always challenging and I never get bored.  Not only is he well educated on a variety of issues which makes the conversation great, but also Alex is constantly incorporating new exercises to keep me engaged.

Overall, I cannot more highly recommend Alex.  I am healthier today because of him and I feel lucky to have him as my trainer.  Not only do I get numerous comments from the other hospital staff, I feel as though I am setting a better example for my patients.  If you are considering Alex as your trainer, I encourage you to at least try a session with him so that you can understand how his energy, sincerity and personality all come together to make him a top trainer in Philadelphia.  I have absolutely no regrets about training with Alex and I look forward to improving my health further with him in the coming months.  -  Vikram B.

Alex has exceptional training skills, patience and adapts to the needs and goals of his trainees. Alex is also a terrific motivator. Alex has been working with me for 7 months as my personal trainer with great results. When I started with Alex walking even short distances or just bending over to pick up my baby was difficult for me because of knee and back problems in addition to being overweight. Since I have been seeing Alex, I have lost over 30 pounds, gained quite a bit of musculature and went from a size 16 to a size 12. I started  to train with Alex initially to prepare for my soccer season, so I would perform at my best and be in prime condition to be free of injury , well I successfully captained my team to a Championship  victory. I continued  to train with Alex , each session was a challenge  which I looked forward to each week as I also learned a lot about physical training while also receiving great nutritional advice .
